P1: Software Integration - 10 %
Students will develop a lesson plan that utilizes educational software
to facilitate the mastery of the identified learning objectives.
Students will be expected to utilize a lesson planning format that
includes learning objectives, state content and technology standards, and a
prescribed lesson design. The lesson should support the development of the student's instructional unit plan.

P2: Microworlds Instructional Sequence - 10%
Students will utilize the Logo programming language to develop an
instructional sequence. The project assignment sheet will detail the
procedures that will result in the development of the project.

P3: PowerPoint Presentation - 10%
Students will develop a PowerPoint presentation which supports the
goals of the unit plan. The slides can be informational
(developed by the teacher), or they can be used as an instructional
activity to be developed by your students. A lesson plan is also
required.

P4: Multimedia Project - 10%
Students will utilize digital video utilities to develop
instructional resources in support of the unit plan. These will
include a video to introduce the Electronic Portfolio (P7) and a
repository of digital resources to support the development of the
Webquest (P5).

Students will develop an interactive webquest, which includes a
well-designed webpage linked to content-based resources which
uniquely supports the goal of the unit plan.

Students will document the development of the instructional unit plan.
A plan template will be provided which will include learning
goals and objectives, related technical and non-technical
resources, accomodations for special populations, and assessments.
